失踪者特征描述：
Was told I was born on 2001-03-15 and left outside the gates of the Civil Affairs Bureau of Ziyang District of Yiyang City on 2001-03-25. I was then taken to the Yiyang City Children Welfare Institute in Yiyang. I was placed in foster care until 2001-12 when I was taken back to the Welfare Institute to prepare for adoption to the United States. I was adopted on 2002-02-26 by my adoptive parents who live in the United States. I returned to China three times throughout my life to learn about my culture and to search for my birth family. My finding ad states I was wearing a white knit outfit and a note written on red rice paper was pinned to the inside of my outfit. It stated, "My little treasure birthday is March 15, 2001."
